This region is very famous for its Longjing tea.  In the back you can see one of the tea plantations we visited.  This region is the only remaining place where tea is still baked by hand and is said to produce the finest green tea in all of China.
That is "Dr. Tea" in the white shirt, a salesman, and tea extraordinaire for the government owned tea market that all tour groups have to visit while in China.
